Do I need to travel to Valencia?
No. We handle everything remotely. For the notary, you grant a power of attorney from your local consulate or notary.
How do I receive the money living abroad?
Bank transfer, Spanish or foreign account. We guide you on IRNR (non-resident tax) and how to recover withholdings.
I have a tenant under contract, can I sell?
Yes. The contract is respected or we negotiate exit.
What documents do I need from abroad?
Depends on your case. Most common: NIE, deed (escritura), last IBI receipt.
How much does the Spanish tax authority keep if I am non-resident?
3% withholding on sale + IRNR on capital gain. We explain clearly and help recover excess withholding.
